WEL-Systems Master Facilitators/Master Practitioners

This two-day Open Forum is designed specifically for those who have already travelled the WEL-Systems Certification path and are ready to lean into the next curve in the road. If you want more and aren't yet ready for Catalyst for Change; if you feel the need to be in the presence of others of like, enquiring mind; and if you believe that expanding your thoughts expands your reality, this is the place for you.

As you move into the world and step into the unknown, you soon discover that :

	your depth of connection to another human being is directly related to your depth of connection to your Self
	your ability and willingness to engage for accelerated change - and transformation - with others is a reflection of your own evolution
	as coach/guide/facilitator, your clients will only go as far as you are willing to allow yourself to travel
	you can't give what you haven't got!

As Certified WEL-Systems Master Facilitators/Master Practitioners, your own on-going evolution will not only guide but accelerate your ability to manifest what you choose to create in your lives. From time to time, it is useful to submerge your 'being' and your thinking in space - physical, emotional and spiritual - that allows you to turn inward and explore the undiscovered terrain of your own insight and experience.

CODE Model Magic is a two-day discovery experience that builds on what you already know to invite deep, personal insights into your own potential; and create both the willingness and the ability to invite these discoveries in others. Expect this program to:

	accelerate and deepen change
	invite a generative capability in yourself and others
	invite your ongoing evolution
	create the sense of safety that is required for insight and discovery

Engaging your existing awareness of the WEL-Systems approach and The CODE Model as a springboard, you'll dive deeper into your natural affinity for:

	connecting the deep structure and the surface structure of language
	identifying meaning behind metaphors and linguistic cues
	decoding the underlying energetic signatures that are present in physiology and language, and their meaning for accelerated growth and transformation

Using the powerful WEL-Systems tool The CODE Model™, you'll quickly deepen your sense of competence and confidence, moving into the unknown with curiosity and a sense of adventure. You'll test your wings with others who look forward to flight - and who trust themselves and you to create an exhilarating experience! You'll experience the latest thinking that WEL-Systems and The CODE Model have to offer, including new models and frameworks, and how to engage them.

The CODE Model will help you notice and recognize what has always been there and for many, has been just out of reach. Whether your existing specialty is working with the body or working with the mind, CODE Model Magic will strengthen your ability to work with the amazing link between the two. Grounded in the powerful WEL-Systems context for change, you'll discover how to integrate your existing understanding of the body with its amazing correlations to emotions/thought. From your ability to work with language and the structure of thought, you'll begin to recognize the body as an expression of these thoughts and feelings that we carry as human beings.
