We know that Catalyst for Change is not for everyone. We also know that if you're ready to declare yourself the creator of your own life - and if you want to help others discover the creator in themselves - then not only is it for you, it will deepen and accelerate your ability to shape your experience.

Custom designed to meet your interests and needs, Catalyst for Change is a one-on-one, four-month intensive process to manifest what you want. Living proof that change does not have to be hard or take a long time, WEL-Systems Catalysts engage their lives - and their world - firm in knowing that they stand at the core of their intentions, their experience and their outcomes.

Working directly with Louise LeBrun - Founder of the WEL-Systems Institute and creator of the WEL-Systems body of knowledge:

* You'll begin by exploring and identifying what it is that you want to manifest in your life that will shape your world.

*Together, you'll engage in a process of Emerging Futures as you move through each day, mindful of the Intention that calls you forward into your future.

* Catalyst Candidates will establish a blog that is relevant and meaningful to the manifestation of their Intention. Their eovlution will be tracked through blog entries designed to invite the evolution of their readers.

* Every day, you'll have email contact to ensure that your intention is alive and well and is prominent in your awareness, as you move through the dense matter of your existence to redefine your life.

* Once a month for each of the four months, you'll experience a 60-minute CODE Model Coaching telephone conversation designed to help you move through the energetic responses to change that your Intention will evoke.

* At the end of the four months, you'll explore your Intention and the manifest outcome as expressed during those four months.

Your journey will be supplemented by engaging with others who are in the WEL-Systems Catalyst process. Decloaking and engaging are essential to your successful manifestation. Your willingness to emerge from the shadows, express and claim what is meaningful to you and allow yourself to be seen - authentically - by others will be instrumental in your ability to manifest your intended outcome.

Successful completion of the WEL-Systems Catalyst experience will be evidenced by the degree to which you manifest your Intention over the four-month period. Successful candidates will also be requred to write a 3500-word essay for publication on their Intention, their experience, their outcome and their next step for manifestation.

Should you require more than four months, an additional two months can be made available.

Over these four months, you'll evoke from within yourself instinct and intuition that you'd long forgotten; skills and abilities that you have too frequently dismissed, discounted or overlooked; and insights and intentions that will pave the way for you to continue to accelerate consciousness, press the edges of your own evolution and shape the world.

Using the revolutionary WEL-Systems® approach to change, you'll continue to build on your experience and knowledge to become

	a living expression of what's possible;
	an invitation to others to discover for themselves the power of what already resides … inside, where they live; and
	an ever-expanding force of creation and manifestation in the Universe - and engage!

The Catalyst for Change Certification experience will expand your world and that of everyone you touch. Whether you choose to engage in the formal environment of a training program/workshop, or a casual conversation over coffee or lunch, who you have become will speak volumes - much louder than any particular content. The magic is not in what you say or do. The magic is in who you are as you express it.

As a WEL-Systems Catalyst for Change, you can expect to become:

	Clear about who you are as Catalyst, Coach, Facilitator, Leader, etc.
	Confident in your capacity to engage life autopoietically
	Resourceful/resilient in an Open Forum - willing and able to stay in the tough conversations!
	Proficient at noticing and engaging the differences between a therapy model and an autopoietic world view.
	Competent and willing to take action on applying these models and tools in a way that best meets your needs (i.e. independent business owner, corporate staff member, consultant, etc.).
	Awake and alive! - with a sense of your capacity to create... and create again. In the infinite game of living, there is always more.
	Connected to and trusting of your curiosity and intuition; and with the wisdom and ability to shape your world - and help others do the same.
	Clear about the intention you hold to shape your world and confident in creating the internal references that will guide your unfolding passage towards that intention.

Pre-requisites:

	Successful completion of Manifesting a Meaningful Life and certification as a CODE Model Coach
	1,000 word essay covering: what you've learned about yourself since Manifesting a Meaningful LIfe and how it's made a difference in your life; your personal evolution as a fractal for the evolution of others; and your vision for shaping the world as you move forward and engage life from a CODE Model perspective.
	A pre-confirmation telephone interview.

Includes:

	Extensive personal coaching through telephone, email and face-to-face contact in the four- month Catalyst process. .
	Certification as a WEL-Systems Catalyst to successful candidates
Completion of the Catalyst for Change process represents in excess of 700 hours of personal evolution through a WEL-Systems approach to change.

	A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 reserves your place in the program and activates the interview process.
	Identify your personal interests, intentions and issues to be explored during program experience
	Upon confirmation, submit your 1000-word essay for review with balance of payment.

Please Note: Tthere is no required reading list for the Catalyst for Change process. At this level of experience, we are looking to candidates in the WEL-Systems Catalyst process to create and generate new material from their personal experience and discovery. The expectation is that Catalysts will be the authors of original material that will invite others into their own evolution.
