Louise LeBrun - Founder of Partners in Renewal Inc. and the WEL-Systems® Institute, is a daring and provocative thinker, writer, speaker and educator. With more than two decades of working with people from all walks of life - with issues of work, home and community - her unique perspective has supported thousands in achieving both personal and professional excellence. Louise has trained extensively in and is a trainer of NLP, hypnosis and other traditional approaches to change. A Reiki Master and Huna Initiate, Louise specializes in working with clients with chronic and life-threatening medical conditions, helping them to reclaim their lives and return to a state of health and wholeness.

Louise is the creator of the WEL-Systems® approach to change, WEL-Systems:NLP, Quantum TLC™ and CODE Model Coaching. Combining the wisdom of experience with the humour that comes from the foley of her own life challenges - and adding generous amounts of irreverance - Louise helps others shape their world with compassion, integrity and a sense of their own potential.

Gwen McCauley - Co-founder and Executive Director of the WEL-Systems® Institute, is an internationally known career transition, leadership development, teambuilding and personal effectiveness consultant. Gwen combines her expertise in business, marketing, coaching, and change management to create a unique approach to consulting. In addition to being a WEL-Systems:NLP Program Leader, Certified CODE Model™ Coach and Quantum TLC™ Facilitator, Gwen has a Masters Degree in Human Systems Intervention.
