A $1,000 non-refundable deposit reserves your place. We immediately send you the audiotapes and books once your deposit is processed. We accept Visa, MC or personal cheque payment.

Once you receive the materials, begin the home study of the audio tapes and books. We recommend that you allow at least 2 weeks to complete the pre-session activities, including the open book exam.

April 28, 2003 is the last day to register. The balance of your Registration Fee is due 30 days prior to the start of the program.
