About Roger Ellerton

Roger Ellerton -- Management and NLP Training Founder and Managing Partner of Renewal Technologies - is an educator, consultant, executive and well-respected speaker. He has over 20 years experience in management, management of change, process renewal, project management, professional development and training with municipal, provincial and federal governments and private sector firms.

Roger is a Certified Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Quantum TLCTM and a Certified Master Practitioner of Time Line TherapyTM, as well as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and former executive in the Canadian federal government.  Previously a (tenured) professor at a Canadian university and listed in the International Who's Who in Education, his education and experience combine to allow him to address and resolve today's business problems.
