It has been said that before we can change our lives, we must first change the way we perceive our lives. A WEL-Systems® context for change will do just that: profoundly alter the way you see your 'self', your world and the way you move through that world.

As the creators of the WEL-Systems approach to change, what we offer is not available anywhere else. Drawing from a number of disciplines and perspectives, WEL-Systems is an approach that allows us to begin to perceive our world, ourselves and our experiences in this world in a unique and distinctive way. Bridging the gap between the secular and the sacred - between physics and metaphysics - the WEL-Systems body of knowledge creates a perceptual filter, or lens, through which we can see what has until now been hidden to us.

Bringing together what has often been held separate and frequently been in competition, we no longer experience polarities but discover an accessible continuum along which to move to engage a new reality. Body and mind, conscious and unconscious, logic and intuition, are reclaimed in their wholeness and experienced as one flow. The journey through the WEL-Systems body of knowledge (Corpus WEL-Systems) creates a new perceptual filter or window on our world that allows us not only to see things differently but to see different things. The ideas of expanded awareness and mindful living move beyond philosophy and principles and become evidenced in our behaviours, moment to moment, as we move through our lives and shape our experiences.

Programs… experiences… certifications… initiations

We offer you a journey of profound discovery and accelerated consciousness. Our intensive, small group experiences result in certifications and yet unfold as self-initiations. It is our deeply held belief that each of us is in charge of our own journey and, as such, we know better than anyone else what is best for us. While we can walk with you on this journey and can help you find your path, the moments when and how you choose to engage are entirely up to you.

Portals Passages certifications are offered as a symbol of what we have accomplished and as reminders of what still lies ahead… invitations to sustain the commitment to our own evolution. For us, Certifications are not the journey itself but a means to claim and honour the experience of having journeyed - mementos that remind us not only of the distance we've traveled but of our love of the adventure!

All of our Certification experiences are intense, guided journeys of personal discovery and empowerment. In addition to the experience itself, we recognize the power of the contagion factor of our thinking and offer certification as a recognition of your own quantum leaps and the ability to interact with others in a way that invites rapid, profound and generative change in them.

The basis for each of our certifications is your demonstrated and acknowledged ability to recognize that:

• life is a continuum of expression
• you have the flexibility to engage this continuum anywhere along its unfolding
• you have an increasing ability and willingness to connect with and support others in discovering this in and for themselves

WEL-Systems:NLP

Through Portals Passages we offer four distinct initiation or certification levels, each providing a portal to a deeper level of your unfolding, each a step closer to the core of your unfolding potential. All certifications under Portals Passages include NLP, up to the Master Practitioner level. We continue to offer the same great, world-class NLP that we always have (see: Global Recognition of an Expanded Paradigm) and we no longer distinguish its presence. NLP has become the underpinning to facilitating the WEL-Systems journey; and has come to play a supporting role to the WEL-Systems body of knowledge, The CODE Model™ and Quantum TLC™ experiences.

Our WEL-Systems® designations presuppose the presence of NLP training incorporated into the program experience. The designation is made in the first certification level to allow you to ground in a WEL-Systems approach and should you choose, to then move into a more mainstream NLP program at the next level.

We schedule our four certification experiences in such a way that you can complete the entire process in as little as 9 months. The speed and intensity with which you progress through the levels is based entirely on your level of commitment to your unfolding.
