Helen's Realization

Awesome!!!!! Being with people who 'speak the same language' and have actually walked the walk as I have and continue to do was useful for me. It was challenging and exciting, yet made me realize the potential of who I can be when my attention is where it is supposed to be.

Today I am much more grounded, it is the first anniversary of my mother's death, and my father had a heart attack last night, but I am able to stay focused and grounded. Today I labeled the day as a 'don't fuck with me day' and as a result I got my needs met and was able to have a couple of tough conversations with clients and landlords without getting bent out of shape like I used to.

I love the WEL-Systems stuff. Keep it up. I like the format you used, using WEL-Systems then NLP. Opened up the dialogue quicker and faster.
