Carolyn's Reclamation

The experience was incredible! It resulted in experiences and insights that have helped me move from a fear-based to a life-engaging way of life.

I feel centered and grounded ... I have a strong sense of self and self-trust ... does life get any better than that?!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not that I haven't felt as self-empowered before in my life --- I have, but they were encapsulated in fleeting moments ... this strong sense of self is as strong as when I was in Ottawa over a week ago and has not left for a second! I have always considered myself a survivor ... I am now a thriver (and LOVING it!)

The most significant aspect was being with such a courageous and open group of people who were all willing to engage at deep levels. As well, the environment created was safe and invitational. Since I now feel more connected to internal references, I am not relying on external references!! I plan to keep in touch and hope you do too!
